Cheryl Fish is a nurse practitioner, as well as the medical director and owner of Idaho Health and Hormones in Meridian, ID. Cheryl earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and a Bachelor of Science in nursing. She received her Master of Science in nursing at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, CA where she also became certified as a family nurse practitioner. She also has a certification from MedAesthetics Training, LLC to provide BOTOX® and dermal filler injections.
